About Stephanie

Hello and so glad you stopped by my website! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 20 years experience.  There are two parts to my practice, one is working with individuals, couples, families and teens to address a variety of issues around emotional health, interpersonal dynamics, and relationships issues.  The second part of my practice is offering Lyme Disease & Functional Medicine Coaching and Support.  Feel free to look deeper at my experience with these two topics.  I am excited to meet you and hope that I can be of support in your journey to wellness!
